Confident Waiting

God of patience,
Waiting is difficult. Waiting for an answer, a change, healing, an opportunity. In our world of instant gratification, waiting seems like wasted time.
Teach me confident waiting. Not passive waiting that simply endures, but active waiting that prepares, that matures, that grows. Waiting that trusts in God's timing.
Remind me that everything has its time. That some things cannot be rushed. That waiting itself is a place of transformation. With You, even waiting has meaning.
