My body functions day after day, accomplishing thousands of processes without me thinking about it. My heart beats, my lungs breathe, my body repairs itself. What a daily miracle!
Thank You for the health I have, even if it's not perfect. Thank You for this body that carries me, that allows me to experience life, to move, to feel.
Help me not take this health for granted. To care for it with respect. To listen to the signals my body sends me. And when illness comes, to accept this fragility that is also part of the human experience.
