Faithfulness to Yourself
"Be faithful, even to the point of death."
— Revelation 2:10
Lord of truth,
It is easy to betray oneself: ignore one's needs, deny one's values, pretend to be what one is not. These small betrayals distance me from who I really am.
Give me faithfulness to myself. The courage to be authentic even if it's not popular, to follow my convictions even when difficult, to stay aligned with my deep values.
May I live with integrity, in coherence with myself. Not through rigidity but through honesty, not through selfishness but through respect for who I really am.
