Managing Conflict

God of peace,
Conflict is inevitable in human relationships. But how I handle it can either destroy relationships or strengthen them.
Teach me to manage conflict wisely. To express my disagreement without attacking the person, to truly listen to the other perspective, to seek win-win solutions.
May I see conflict not as a threat but as an opportunity to clarify, grow, deepen the relationship. True peace is not the absence of conflict but its constructive resolution.
