Inner Balance
"Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts."

Lord of peace,
My inner world is sometimes unbalanced. Too many thoughts, too many emotions, too many internal demands. I feel pulled in all directions.
Help me find inner balance. That center of gravity in me that remains stable even when everything moves around. That deep peace which is not the absence of agitation but a solid anchor.
May I cultivate this balance through prayer, meditation, practices that recenter me. May I return constantly to this place of peace in me where You dwell.
