Hope

God of hope,
When I look at the world, I can get discouraged. So many problems, so much suffering, so many challenges. Hope can seem naive.
Yet You invite me to hope. Not blind optimism but a deep confidence that good will ultimately triumph, that light will conquer darkness.
Rekindle my hope. Help me believe in better days, work to build them, never lose hope. Hope is an act of resistance.
