Patience with Processes

Patient Lord,
I would like immediate results, instant changes. But true transformations take time, like a plant that grows slowly.
Give me patience with processes. The ability to accept that some things cannot be rushed, that maturation takes its time, that each step is necessary.
May I celebrate small progress rather than get discouraged because the goal seems far away. Step by step, day by day, I progress.
Amen.
