Inner Fire
"Our God is a consuming fire."
— Hebrews 12:29
Lord,
Fire symbolizes so many things: the warmth that comforts, the light that illuminates, the passion that transforms. It can warm or consume.
Thank You for the inner fire You kindle in me. This flame of love that burns, this passion that drives me to act, this enthusiasm that makes me live.
May this inner fire stay alive. May it warm those I meet, may it light my path, may it drive me to serve You with fervor.
Amen.

Reflection
What inner flame burns in you? How can you maintain and share it?
For all those whose inner flame flickers.
