Rain That Nourishes

Rain can seem sad or boring. Yet it is essential: it cleanses, it nourishes the earth, it prepares renewal.
Thank You for rain. For this water that falls from the sky, for what it brings to the earth, for the comfort of the sound of rain on the roof.
May I also accept the rains in my life. Those less joyful but necessary moments that cleanse, purify, prepare new growth.
