Remembering Those Who Have Passed

God of life,
I remember those who have passed. My deceased loved ones, those I loved, those I miss. Death is a painful separation.
Welcome them into Your eternal peace. Console those who mourn, comfort those who grieve. May death not be an end but a passage to You.
May I honor their memory by living well. By loving as they loved me, by passing on what they gave me, by keeping their memory alive.
