Discernment
"Test them all; hold on to what is good."

Lord of wisdom,
I am bombarded with information, opinions, contradictory advice. How do I know what is true, what is good for me, which path to choose?
Give me the gift of discernment. That ability to distinguish the essential from the superfluous, truth from falsehood, what builds me up from what tears me down. Illuminate my intelligence and my intuition.
Help me not blindly follow the crowd, to question what seems obvious, to seek truth with patience and honesty. May I make enlightened choices, aligned with my deepest values.
