Time for Rest
"Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest."

God of rest,
Rest is a fundamental need. This time of pause, of break from the daily routine, of refreshment is so important for my balance.
Thank You for these times of rest. For the possibility to slow down, to do nothing, to simply enjoy. For moments of relaxation, discoveries, time with family or friends.
May these times of rest be truly regenerating. Not an escape but a true refreshment. And for those who cannot rest, grant them moments of peace in their daily lives.
