Accepting Your Limits
"My power is made perfect in weakness."
— 2 Corinthians 12:9
Lord,
I have limits. I cannot do everything, succeed at everything, carry everything. This reality sometimes frustrates me, makes me feel inadequate.
Help me accept my limits with grace. Not as failures but as characteristics of my human condition. My limits invite me to humility, to ask for help, to rely on others.
May I stop comparing myself to those who seem to have no limits. May I learn to say no when I reach my limits, to rest when I need it.
Amen.

Reflection
What limit do you have the most trouble accepting? How could you make peace with it?
For all those who exhaust themselves denying their limits.
