The Miracle of the Body

Creator of my body,
My body functions day after day, accomplishing thousands of tasks without me thinking about it. My heart beats, my lungs breathe, my cells renew. What a miracle!
Thank You for the health I enjoy, even if it's not perfect. Thank You for this body that faithfully carries me, that allows me to live, move, feel.
May I care for this body with respect. May I listen to it, nourish it well, give it rest and exercise. My body is a precious gift.
